Username and password are case-sensitive (upper case letters are different than lower case letters) so they must be entered exactly. If you cannot remember your password we can email it to you again if you visit http://www.stresscenter.com/subscription/login/login.php and click "Forgot Password?"
Can I change my password?
Yes. Log on to your account, click "My Account," click the "Change Password" link at the upper right-hand section of the screen and then follow the provided instructions.

PEER SUPPORT GROUP FORUM
How do I participate in the PEER SUPPORT GROUP Forum?
Once you sign-up for the Online Program you must log in to your account and then click the "Peer Support Group" link from either the "Ask For Help" section or the Today's Lesson section and then click "Join your peer group".
Within the Forum Area are specific Topics. You can chose a current Topic or create a new Topic (see below). Once you chose a Topic you can add your comments by selecting "Reply" on the toolbar.
How do I create a new Topic?
Choose the Forum area in which you would like to create a new Topic. Select "New" on the toolbar then choose "Discussion".
How do I Reply to a Post?
Once you chose a Topic you can add your comments by selecting "Reply" on the toolbar.
I would like to change my Display Name. Is that possible?
Yes. Log on, visit your Peer Support Group and view your Profile (Go>Personal Zone>Profile) and select "View/Edit Complete Profile". From there you should see an option under Public Profile Fields to edit your Display Name.

I received an email from you. How do I remove myself from your list?
You can modify your email preferences by visiting http://www.stresscenter.com/emaillabs/elabs_editpreference.php and entering your email address to look up your listing and change them.

If you can't watch video make sure that your connection speed is fast enough and that you have an up-to-date version of Flash installed on your computer.

Do I need a valid credit card?
Yes, you need a valid credit card to sign-up for the free trial.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel at anytime during your Free Trial by logging in to your account, visiting the "My Account" section and clicking the "Cancel" link.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged after your Free Trial has concluded: 8 days after you sign-up. link.
When does my 7 day trial period begin?
Your 7 day trial period begins when you complete the online sign-up process.
How much does it cost for access to the Online Program after the 7 day Free Trial?
Access costs $4.99 per week after the Free Trial and will be automatically billed quarterly to the credit card you provided ($59.88).
How do I cancel after the 7 day Free Trial?
You can cancel at anytime during your Free Trial by logging in to your account, visiting the "My Account" section and clicking the "Cancel" link. The charge would appear on your statement from "Midwest Center." You may cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation you will still have access to the program for the entirety of the duration you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
