Forum & Chat Room (Community Area) Rules
You are solely responsible for everything you post or read in forum and chat room areas of stresscenter.com. Any and all information you read or use in any way is your responsibility as are any related consequences. Users be advised that voluntary disclosure of personal information, including but not limited to user name, email address etc., in these areas can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages or other from other users or parties.

By entering and using stresscenter forum or chat areas, all users agree to the following:

  • Users will not post information related to but not limited to advertisements, solicitations, spam, "chain-letters" and or "pyramid schemes."
  • Users shall not use these areas to post material that infringes on the intellectual rights, copyright, right to privacy, distribute viruses or any other type of damaging, disrupting computer code, or in anyway that violates local, state, national or international law.

The Midwest Center reserves the right, but is not obligated to: investigate and police at its own discretion any and all allegations concerning posted communications that may or may not conform to the rules stated for use of community areas. Policing may include communication edits or even removal of postings deemed abusive, illegal, disruptive or other, and may also include termination of user access to the community area(s) or stresscenter.com.

Modify/ Opt-Out
Stresscenter gives its' users the following options for removing or modifying information previously provided. Users may opt-out to have their information removed from our database if they wish to not receive future communications or to no longer receive services provided by The Midwest Center. Users may modify information previously provided to update their record in our database.

  • Store Order Form: Users can update their contact and demographic information each time an order is placed through our online store. Financial information is not retained or stored as part of the user's shopping profile, so users must enter their credit card number each time they place an order.

Only authorized employees and vendors or contractors are permitted to have access to personally-identifiable data about website visitors, and that access is limited to what is reasonably needed to perform an employee's responsibilities, such as providing updates or notices or customer service. Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Applicable Law Jurisdiction
This Terms of Site Usage Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Each user agrees to submit to personal jurisdiction in the State of Ohio and further agrees that any cause of act arising from or relating to the use of this site or agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of Ohio.
