Once you log onto the website you will begin each day at your Step Landing Page which automatically bookmarks your current location in the program.

The Step Landing Page will give you a general overview of the day's lesson plan and keep you informed about your daily progress, acting as a checklist, as you continue through the program material.

 

 

Today's Lesson
The 'Today's Lesson' area contains the required readings, audio, video, activities, and exercises needed to complete the lesson plan for the day. Start with the first item in the 'Today's Lesson' list, or if you are returning to complete the day, select the next highlighted assignment. Once you have completed an assignment it will be marked with a check and change color.

After you finish with the material you may click 'continue' at the bottom of the page to be taken to the next assignment. Clicking 'continue' will guide you through the 'Today's Lesson' material step-by-step. Or you may simply choose from the navigation at the left or return to the Step Landing Page to select a new item.

Once you have completed all the required material in the 'Today's Lesson' area you will be able to continue on to the next day. At the end of the 7th day you will be able to move to the next lesson.

You won't be doing this alone. You will have access to a peer support group which is a community of people who share your challenges and are going through the program at the same time as you are. Program veterans and Midwest Center staff will keep you on track and help you become the person you want to be.
